All Marion County Schools will be closed December 23, 2024 - January 6, 2025 for the Christmas holidays. Students will begin the second semester on Tuesday, January 7, 2025. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!


All students will dismiss tomorrow, December 20, at 12:00 to begin the Christmas holidays! We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Stay safe!


Tomorrow begins exams for our 7th and 8th grade students only. Students who are exempt from exams are excused from attendance. 5th and 6th grade WILL have school through Friday. All students will be excused at 12:00 for Christmas break. Students will report back to school on Tuesday, January 7th. We hope everyone has a restful, healthy, and Merry Christmas!! #HMSStrong🐾❤️

What an exciting day at our school! 🎉 The Police and students faced off in a thrilling dodgeball competition for Red Ribbon Week, all in the spirit of raising awareness of "Dodging Out Drugs!"
