Due to the threat of severe weather, ALL Marion County Schools will delay 2 hours on Monday, March 31st. All buses will run 2 hours later than usual, and schools will start 2 hours late. The safety of our students and staff is our top priority. Please be safe!

National School Breakfast Week celebrates the importance of a nutritious school breakfast in fueling students for success. This special observance celebrates the National School Breakfast Program and the many ways it gives kids a great start every day.

📚In celebration of Read Across HMS, we will introduce a daily masked reader event. Each teacher will receive a video featuring the masked 🎭reader to present to their homeroom class. Every student is required to cast their vote🗳️ on a Google form, guessing the identity of the masked reader. The student who accumulates the highest number of correct guesses throughout the week will be awarded a prize. Best of luck!🍀

Join us for a special event, Books 📚and Bites 🥨for Babies, 👶in honor of Read Across HMS. 🎉We kindly ask you to donate a new or gently used children's book, 📕 along with snacks such as crackers, nuts, granola bars, and more. These contributions will be given to infants and families in the NICU at Tupelo Hospital. 📕Reading to babies 👶is essential for their development, and these books 📚will greatly benefit the NICU infants. The snacks collected will provide comfort to families 🧑🧑🧒spending time with their little ones in the NICU. Thank you for your generosity. ❤️
