On Friday, December 1st, PHS Juniors had the opportunity to learn real-life skills of money management, automotive care, CPR, and medical visits through our partners at BSCC and the Marion County Extension Office-4H. Thank you to all of these stakeholders for taking the time to work with our students.

PHS JAG toured the Alabama Capitol Building today while in Montgomery. Thank you State Representative Tracy Estes and all of our friends in the state legislature who support public education in Alabama.

Hines Baptist Church will be hosting a Food Drive Saturday, Oct 28th.


It's looking spooky around PHS. We will be hosting Trick-or-Treat for PES during the school day on Tuesday, Oct 31st. If you would like to donate please bring bagged candy to the PHS office by Monday, October 30th at 3:00.










Senior Night 2023!


PHS Theater classes attended the Broadway performance of Mean Girls on Thursday night in Birmingham. Thankful these opportunities happen with the guidance of Mr. Chris Farris and Mrs. Kathy Scarberry. Also, a big thank you goes out to the American Theatre Guild for the tickets provided to our students.







Wear Purple on Thursday, October 19th and let's come together to raise awareness against Domestic Violence in Marion County and beyond.
