The “Bear Advisory” Culinary Class at Phillips High School welcomed SNAP-Ed REA Ginger Eatman as their guest presenter.  Mrs. Ginger talked to our students about saving more at the grocery store, healthy meal planning and how to plate their food.  She talked about the importance of eating from all the food groups and how much of their plate should be fruits and vegetables and whole grains.  Our students prepared and tried Turkey spinach wraps and tasty taco dip with a side of oranges, spinach and bell pepper.  Live Well Alabama and Ginger Tittle Eatman
