ALL CERTIFIED POSITIONS will be posted via the Teach in Alabama website. Open positions can be viewed without registration. Applicants will apply through this system - no applications or resumes will be accepted at the MCBE Central Office.
ALL SUPPORT POSITIONS will fill out a paper application available at the Central Office and submit it to the Marion County Board of Education at 188 Winchester Drive in Hamilton. All support jobs require an Alabama Department of Education background check.
The Marion County Board of Education designates two days per semester for signing up new substitute teachers, support workers, lunchroom workers, and bus drivers.
