Good Morning! It is a Great Day to be a BEAR! A little reminder about class T-Shirt orders. They are due Monday, these shirts will be used for school events such as field trips. We encourage everyone to purchase one. Each grade has their own color! Picture Day 📸

REMINDER: We are happy to announce for the 2024-2025 school year: FREE LUNCH AND BREAKFAST FOR ALL STUDENTS! NO CHARGE! No free or reduced applications will be needed from parents this school year. No action is required by parents for students to eat free. Please note the first complete meal is free, however extra plates or items must be purchased. All visiting children, adults, and employees will be required to pay for meals. www.paypams.com is still available for anyone that wishes to add money to his or her child(ren)'s accounts. Afternoon pickup for grades 1-2 will be in front of the main building by the office. Pickup for kindergarten and grades 3-6 will be in front of the "new building" on the side by the elementary gym. If you have children in both grade groups, we can arrange for them to be picked up in the same place. Just let us know. Pre-K dismisses at 2:30. The rest of the students dismiss at 2:50. Please DO NOT line up by the "new building" until AFTER 2:30 unless you are picking up a student in Pre-K. Thank you for your cooperation!

Kindergarten Phase In information 🐻

School will resume for Marion County students on Wednesday, August 7th, and motorists will be sharing the road with school buses once again. Please allow additional time in your daily commute to accommodate more traffic, including buses, on the roadways. Our Transportation Department operates with our children’s safety as its number one priority. Please help them keep our children safe by keeping a watchful eye for school buses and being mindful of the law which pertains to them.

We can't wait to see our little bears at open house tonight from 4-6. 🐻🐾 Stop by Mrs. Wilson’s room to participate in an estimation station! Closest estimate wins a jar full of candy given away the first day of school. There will be one for Pre-K through 2nd and one for 3-5. Mrs. Wilson will also have bear paw forms for you to pick up if you’d like to purchase a bear paw with your child’s name in the parking lot.

We can’t wait to welcome back our bears and welcome some more bears to the family! 🐻🐾

Bring your clippers, gloves, shovels, and buckets and help us keep our campus beautiful for the year to come! We'll begin at 8:00 am and go until about 12:00 pm on Saturday July 27. We'll have water and donuts for all of our helpers! We recommend wearing old clothes that you don't mind getting dirty because we'll have quite a few different jobs to do. Thank you for all of your support, and we appreciate anyone who can come and join us for a fun day of gardening and cleaning! Go Bears!
