Awards Day and Graduation information ⭐️ 👨🎓 👩🎓

Our 5th and 6th graders had the pleasure of visiting the White House today during their trip to D.C! We know they are having the best time. This was Mrs. Hallman's favorite part of the trip so far! ❤️🐻

Make plans to attend our performance of Dancing Through the Decades! The performance will be on May 15 @ 6 pm in the Attie Fleming Building. Admission is $5. See the flyers for a sneak peek of some of the performances you can expect to see. 🕺

These students had the best time on their AR reward field trip to Dave & Buster's today. Each student met or exceeded their grade level AR point goal for the year. Congratulations! 📚

Invitations to the summer Literacy and Math camps were sent home yesterday with qualifying students! Please return the forms by tomorrow so that we know if your child will be in attendance.

Let’s take a moment to celebrate someone who truly keeps our school running like a well-oiled machine — our secretary, Mrs. Doris!
From answering phones with a smile, keeping up with the school's finances, comforting kids (and sometimes teachers), tracking down missing permission slips, and somehow always knowing everything— she does it ALL with patience and a whole lot of heart.
Our school wouldn’t be the same without you. Thank you for being the calm in the chaos, the keeper of all the things, and the quiet hero behind the scenes. We see you. We appreciate you. And we’re so lucky to have you!
Happy Administrative Professionals Day, Mrs. Doris!

Spring pictures will be made tomorrow! A proof will be sent home with an option to buy at a later date. 🌺

Students in Mrs. Watts's 4th grade classes built acute, right, and obtuse angles using anglegs while reviewing their geometry standards. Then they went on a real-world angle scavenger hunt around the school. ❤️

2nd graders in Mrs. Gray's class visited the "Dollar Diner" today while working on their money skills in math class. Such a fun, engaging activity!

Kindergarten registration will be this Friday, April 4th! We can't wait to meet our future bears. 🐻

Due to the threat of severe weather, ALL Marion County Schools will delay 2 hours on Monday, March 31st. All buses will run 2 hours later than usual, and schools will start 2 hours late. The safety of our students and staff is our top priority. Please be safe!

All Marion County Schools will be closed March 24-28 for Spring Break. Have fun and stay safe!

Mrs. Hallman’s class had to brainstorm how they would catch a leprechaun, draw out their plan, and explain it to their classmates. ☘️

Congratulations to the members of the 2024-2025 PES Honor Society! They have worked very hard, and we are so proud of them!
