Day One Math ACAP is in the bag! Five students from each grade were chosen for their diligence and hard work on today's test.😀 Coach Ballard and Miss Jackson awarded them with a quick trip to the Creamery for a little ice cream this afternoon. High five to these kiddos and to all who worked hard and gave their best today! Thank you to The Creamery and Marketplace for having us. Thank you parents for your help getting students here and on time. We only had 8 absences today! Keep up the great work and remember to limit appointments to after 12:00 this week. Testing Week is here for HMS! Dates for testing are April 18-21. All grades will test each day except for Friday. Friday is testing day for 6th grade and 8th grade Science only. We ask that you limit any outside appointments until after 12:00 each day as students will be in testing each morning. Student tips for this week: remember to get plenty of rest, eat a good breakfast, and come to school ready to do your best each day! Get ready to rock this test. You've got this!

It's one week away! Make plans to come see HMS Arts students as they perform Peter Pan Jr. next week at the Bevill State Conference Center in Hamilton. Public performances are Tuesday, March 14; Thursday, March 16; and Friday, March 17 at 7:00 p.m.. Tickets can be purchased at the door and are $10 for adults and $5 for students.
