Seventh Grade Theatre's production of One Stoplight Town was great! All of the kiddos did a fabulous job and it was obvious how much they have all learned and grown this year. Thanks to Mrs. Hastings for all the time, care, and attention that she has poured into these students! Aggie Arts is alive and well! 🐾❤️

Our 7th Grade Theatre students will present One Stoplight Town tonight at 7:00 in the HMS gym. This is a showcase for parents but all are welcome to come see these talented kids perform. Cost is $5. All proceeds go to HMS Arts.

We are aware of the social media post concerning a threat made to schools in a neighboring county. To our knowledge, there have been no threats made to Marion County Schools. However, our local law enforcement has been made aware of the situation, and our schools will operate on a soft lockdown today only as a precautionary measure.
Don't forget tap lessons tomorrow after school! We just have three more lessons with Alie B.! The dates are Monday, April 24; Monday, May 1; and the final lesson on Monday, May 8 (scheduled lesson on Friday, April 28 has been moved to the 8th). Parents will be invited to attend the final lesson to see what your kiddos have been up to. More information will be sent out soon. Day One Math ACAP is in the bag! Five students from each grade were chosen for their diligence and hard work on today's test.😀 Coach Ballard and Miss Jackson awarded them with a quick trip to the Creamery for a little ice cream this afternoon. High five to these kiddos and to all who worked hard and gave their best today! Thank you to The Creamery and Marketplace for having us. Thank you parents for your help getting students here and on time. We only had 8 absences today! Keep up the great work and remember to limit appointments to after 12:00 this week.
