Teaching students how to stay healthy has earned Hackleburg Elementary School a Be Healthy School Grant award of $10,000. HES is one of the twenty-five schools throughout the state that received the award.
The Be Health School Grant is provided by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama to aid in the implementation of school-based health and wellness programs that emphasize increased physical activity and nutritional education during the school year.
