Parents: If you are not approved for free or reduced meals for the current school year and think you may qualify, please apply online (Online App ( as soon possible. Your students may qualify for other programs that will provide money for meals during the summer months of June, July and August (P-EBT cards).  The current school year free and reduced applications are good until June 30, 2021.  A new free and reduced form will have to be processed after July 1, 2021 for the upcoming school year 21-22, if you wish to be considered for all the summer meal benefits.  If you have any questions concerning the information above please call 205-921-7333 ext. 226 or email

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at:, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
